Delivery charges vary depending on the number of items ordered. Charges will be calculated at the time you place your order and will be clearly stated in your shopping basket. The charge depends on your location and the value of goods ordered.
Orders using our standard delivery option placed before 3pm Mon – Fri are sent out on the same day.

Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery. This is the standard and cheapest delivery option which is traceable via the royal mail website. Delivery typically takes 2 - 3 working days.
Delivery to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man typically takes 3-5 working days.

Our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is dispatched via Royal Mail. Orders using this shipping service must be placed before 1pm in order to receive the next day. A signature is required upon delivery and is also traceable via the Royal Mail Website.

Same day delivery is our premium delivery service which is only available to customers in specific UK, London Postcodes. Orders will be delivered by our own private courier firm and will require a signature upon delivery. Orders using this delivery method must be placed before 12pm in order to receive the same day and contactable telephone number must be included.

All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. In the event that there is no one available at the delivery address to receive the order, a while you were out card will be left by Royal Mail detailing information on how to arrange redelivery or collect your item from the local Postal Depot.
For Same day deliveries your item will be returned back to our warehouse and we will attempt redelivery once on the following day.

The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels which take over 5 working days from the day of despatch for delivery as "Delayed". At this time, please continue to wait for your order and it is likely that it will arrive shortly.
After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as "Lost". In the unlikely event this occurs, please inform us and you will either receive a full refund or the option to have your goods dispatched to you again.

Please ensure that the deliver address you enter is correct. Goods that are returned to us will incur a further delivery charge.
