Returns & Refunds

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days.You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper or any outer encasing.
We will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.

Please contact us prior to returning any item. We will not accept returned goods that we have not been informed about.

We strongly advise that any returns are sent to our Customer Services Team via Royal Mail Recorded or Registered Delivery.

   1. Your Order Number
   2. Your Name
   3. Your Email Address
   4. The Product Name or Code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return
   5. The Reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
      
      

Please ensure that your item is returned with all the original packaging and wrapping. Refunds and Returns will only be processed once we have received the returned item.When we receive the items back safely our customer service team will process your refund, exchange or replacement item. Our customer service team will send you a confirmation email once the items have been received and notify you on the next step in the Returns process. Depending on when and how the item(s) are returned, refunds and exchanges can take up to 5-7 working days to process.

Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition.

Refunds will be paid onto the same credit or debit card from which payment was taken for items safely returned to us. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed and will include the delivery cost if the returned item is the only item in the order, or all items in the order are returned safely.

Exchanges

Where an exchange is required, we will refund the value of the returned item and then place a new order for the exchanged item. We can either do this on the telephone with you or you can place the new order on our website. Please note we will have to take your payment details again to process the exchange.

Replacements

Where a new product is required in place of a faulty or damaged item, of the same product, when we receive your return we will send out a replacement straight away. You will not incur any additional delivery or gift wrap charges for this. The delivery and gift wrap options from your original order will apply.
